Scheduling posts
Prepare content in advance and publish at the right time.
From the dashboard
- Create or open a post and click Schedule instead of Publish.
- Pick a date and time. AgentReacher uses your local timezone by default.
- The post appears on your Calendar so you can see everything queued up across all channels.
You can reschedule at any time by opening the post and selecting a new date. To publish a scheduled post immediately, open it and click Publish Now.
From MCP
Scheduling through MCP is natural language:
- “Schedule a post about our product launch for Monday at 9am”
- “Move my scheduled LinkedIn post to Wednesday afternoon”
- “Publish the draft about the conference right now”
The assistant uses schedule_post to set or change publish times, and publish_post_now for immediate publishing. You can even set different publish times per target — for example, Instagram at 9am and LinkedIn at noon.
