AgentReacher provides an AI-powered marketing platform that uses autonomous agents to create, publish, and optimize marketing content. The Service includes:

• Campaign analytics and performance tracking
• Brand asset management and settings

To use certain features of AgentReacher, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

By registering a business on AgentReacher, you acknowledge and consent that we may contact you using publicly available business contact information, such as phone numbers and email addresses listed on Google Maps, your website, or other public directories, for product feedback, support, updates, and service improvement. You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us or updating your preferences in your account settings.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to AgentReacher. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Display your content as part of the Service
• Store and back up your content
• Make your content available according to your privacy settings

You are responsible for all content you post and must ensure you have the right to share it. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to use AgentReacher to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, bully, or intimidate others
• Post spam, malware, or malicious content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Collect user information without consent
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Engage in commercial activities without authorization

AgentReacher and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AgentReacher and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results from using the Service will meet your requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTREACHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

All payments made for AgentReacher subscriptions, credits, or services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with the Service. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgentReacher operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
